With this in mind we have selected a range of crate handling equipment that caters for all types of storage and relocation applications. Roll Cages to Hire and Rent
We have 3 types of roll cages available for hire on a weekly basis and are used to move or store anything from computers and servers to moving crates and filing cabinet contents. The 3 types of roll cages available to rent are as follows:
1. Multi Purpose Roll Cage
Our multi purpose roll cage (RC1) to hire is a strong A framed roll cage which has one internal shelf to provide two loading surfaces. Both loading surfaces allow for easy loading and unloading. The roll cage is surrounded with a medium guaged mesh that allows for the safe and secure moving of items and its heavy duty nylon swivel castors allow for easy handling and manouvering.
2. Full Security Roll Cage
If security is essential when moving or storing, our full security roll cage (SC1) would be our recommendation. The A framed cage is surrounded and fully enclosed (including roof) by heavy duty guage steel mesh. The roll cage can be fully locked and ensures complete protection in both storage and transit. With two shelves our security rollcage provides three compartments to easily load or unload high value items and goods. Heavy duty nylon swivel castors allow for easy manouvering and handling.
3. Two Sided Roll Cage
Our two sided roll cage SC2 for hire has two full length sides and two straps for quick access and easy loading and unloading of items. The hire rollcage lends itself to moving and storing heavy awkward items that are unsuitable for our other two hire rollcages. The roll cage has the ability to nest inside each other when not in use and can be easily manouvered and moved.
Hire Metal Crate Skates
Our hire crate skates have been specifically designed to work in conjunction with our rental moving crates. Our crate skates are highly manouverable allowing the user to pack our hire crates without having to lift a moving crate that is full. This is acheived by placing an empty packing crate on the crate skate, packing and filling the container, closing the lid and placing another empty crate on top ready to fill again. When you have finished packing your crates you can move the full stack of hire crates to the required location for moving or storage.
Our metal crate skates are lipped to prevent crates slipping when in use and cater for our following hire crates.

Plastic Crate Dollies to Rent
Hire our plastic crate skate dolly (SK3) to help you move our hire crates when full or empty. Our crate dollies are fantastic for moving our standard lidded and unlidded hire crates LC3 and A3. When using the crate dolly you are able to pack our hire crates without having to lift a full moving crate by placing an empty packing crate on the crate dolly, packing and filling the container, closing the lid and placing another empty crate on top ready to fill again. When you have completed packing your crates you can move the full stack of moving crates to the required location for storage or relocating.
Our Plastic Crate Dolly (SK3) is compatible with the following hire crates.
- Standard Lidded Moving Crate (LC3)
- Standard Unlidded Moving Crate (A3)
Hire Rubber Topped Dollies
If you are looking to easily move crates, desks, filing cabinets, pedestals, cupboards and all other office furniture easily then our generic rubber topped dolly (SK1) is an essential piece of equipment for your office move. The rubber top ensures no damage or slippage when moving items and the heavy duty swivel castors allow for easy manouvering and handling. Our rubber topped dollies are a popular choice when moving.
Heavy Duty Sack Barrows to Rent
By design our heavy duty sack barrows to hire are used regularly in all office moves. Made from steel the sack barrows are tough enough for all moving applications. If you are relocating a library, or a records reference centre, our library trollies are a simple way of moving books and records. We have two styles of library trollies available to rent on a weekly basis. The two types of library trolleys are as follows:
1. Heavy Duty Library Trolley
Our heavy duty library trolley (LT1) has four metal angled shelves for moving and transporting books during a library move. The books can be easily placed on the angled shelves to ensure they cannot move when transported. The trolley has industrial swivel castors to make it simple to handle and manoeuvre.
2. Folding Library Trolley
Our folding library trolley (LT1F) has been specifically designed to move books and relocate libraries. The trolley has three, one metre long angled folding aliminium shelves which ensure the books are secure when being moved. When the library trolley is not being used you can easily collapse it vertically flat to save space when moving a library or reference area.
